Their job responsibilities include reading blueprints, 3 week running schedules, understanding architect and client requirements, training carpenters, assigning tasks, creating and assembling furniture, and conducting maintenance and repair work.+
Site and Concrete Lead The Site / Concrete Leader is responsible for overseeing the site schedule and the daily operations of the site, underground, drainage, retainage, formwork and concrete . Their job responsibilities include reading blueprints, understanding architect and client requirements, training craftsmen, assigning tasks and ensuring that the daily objectives are met.
