As a commissioned builder, KDK+ combining a genuine interest in good architecture and design with a commitment to build exquisite homes, Kevin established the company in 1979. And relies on his experience working for large developers and builders to help him and his team to evaluate, plan and create each and every home. Kevin’s love of building and his ability to freshly intrepid architectural plans and creative solutions to issues that arise has helped KD KENNY Builders+ becomes one of the Northern California's sought after builders. Kevin and his team have personally managed the construction of the personal residences for some of the San Francisco Bay Area’s most influential people. His philosophy is simple: “We want to work with talented and creative architects and interior designers, building for exciting and interesting clients, with highly skilled craftsmen and natural materials while in collaboration being innovative, creative and just having fun at building”.
